We have provided a Help Desk number +385 1 333 0 332 for all of our customers.

By calling this number our users can obtain technical support and answers to all of their questions regarding technical equipment or solutions.

Beside by phone, all technical questions and requests for support can be sent 00-24 by e-mail at callcenter@steiner.eu or support@steiner.eu .

In that way, we wish to offer all Aastra, Ericsson, Eventide and Zetron systems users higher quality and faster service, decreased cost, and more complete support – thereby increasing satisfaction of our customers.
