About Us

The Steiner Company was founded in 1992 as a private company with its headquarters in Sveta Nedelja near Zagreb. The Central Service Department is located in the center of Zagreb, on Frankopanska 22.
With the opening of our branch office in Rijekain 2001, the company expanded its total market presence to over 65% share of Ericsson partners in the Republic of Croatia.
As far as foreign countries are concerned, we are present in Russia with branch office in Moscow, Russia and as of this year, in Republic of Montenegro with branch office in Podgorica.

Technical Support and Maintenance
The Steiner d.o.o. company possesses a unique Contact Center for long-distance supervision and management of equipment, with a constant 24-hour support crew as well as a 24-hour mobile crew for technical interventions. Steiner d.o.o. has all the necessary equipment for providing quality service and maintains extra parts in its storage location.

Employees
There are 30 employees in the company Steiner d.o.o. Only highly qualified employees are able to give quality support. Therefore, maintaining on-going training courses are vital to our employees. Steiner d.o.o. takes responsibility for the training of its employees so they remain competitive in the field which is shown by the numerous obtained international certificates. Our employees are fully qualified for the installation and maintenance of delivered and installed equipment.
