The contract, worth more than seven million kunas, includes the maintenance of the PBX as well. The owner of the company, Mr. Ivica Steiner, was recommended to the Russian operator by a number of users amongst which are some of the largest Croatian companies. Making this deal with MTS Moscow, whose number of users well surpasses 60 million, is extremely important as Ivica Steiner said. It is the opening of a new market and will be an excellent reference for future deals.
The first contact we had with MTS Moscow was two years ago and it was during the maintenance of their current system. Content with the deal, Ivica Steiner said that MTS Moscow decided to combine all of their centers into one location, therefore needing a stronger telephony system which could handle a thousand numbers and up to a thousand agents able to work on it at the same time. His company is a partner of the Ericsson group, and the delivered PBX is a part of their portfolio. The duty for Steiner's team of thirty workers is the delivery of the equipment and installing it to be completely functional and adapted to individual users.
